ANNANT GAUR

1st Assistant Director

Annant Gaur is a filmmaker and content creator. He was born and raised in New Delhi, India. He recently earned his MFA in Film Production from Full Sail University in Winter Park Florida. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in English Honors from Amity University, Noida, India.

Coming from India, Annant has always been a big fan of International Cinema. During his undergrad, Annant studied History of English Literature and Language, American Fiction, Canadian Contemporary Fiction, African English Literature and Australian English Literature. He finds his immense pleasure in reading stories and sharing them. He gets inspiration from Literature and International cinema to write his script. Annant performed in Indian theatrical plays at Amity, India.

During his time at Full Sail, Annant collaborated on 11 projects as a P.A, Boom Operator, Talent, 1st AD and Director as well as Producer. He self-directed and produced a documentary called Transition which deals with the culture shock that is faced by International students when they arrive in the U.S to further their studies. Annant starred as the lead talent in a Full Sail thesis short film drama called Insha’allah. Annant plans to work in L.A as a content creator.
