DYLAN JUSTISON

Dylan Justison is a filmmaker and sound designer.  He is originally from Frederick, Maryland.  Dylan has recently earned his Bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts, and his Masters of Fine Arts in Film Production. 

After taking a post-production class in his undergrad, he found a passion to create sound for film. During his time at Full Sail University, Dylan has worked on several short films.  His credits include: The Briefcase, Talisman, Swipe, Intake, and Surprise P.I.  His role on these films include, Sound Designer, Script Supervisor, and Grip & Electric.  In the future, Dylan is looking forward to designing sound for film, and is willing to fill any positions the film calls for. 

Dylan is actively working in both production audio and post production audio.  He has experience working as Boom Operator on his cohort’s thesis film, Surprise P.I.  He worked on set with a crew of over 62 members.  Dylan also has experience recording and editing sound for film.  His experience with post-production work includes recording and editing sound effects, ambiences, and Foley.  Aside from working in audio, Dylan has a passion for film editing as well. 

Dylan plans on either staying in Florida or moving to Atlanta to pursue a career in post-production.
