A pair of down on their luck detectives, Tracy and Dick, are waiting in their office for a case. Scarlett, a femme fatale, walks in and asks the detectives to help her. She is being blackmailed by the notorious Purring Killers Gang. Tracy and Dick take the case and must find the gang before it’s too late.
